From the minute we take your case, we are hard at work.

We are always determined to do whatever it takes.

Who We Are

Bruce represents people, not insurance companies.

He practices almost exclusively in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice, having decades of experience in helping people and families whose lives have been turned upside down as a result of injuries or the death of a loved one caused by the negligence of others.

In 2018 alone, he was proud to help trucking crash victims recover jury verdicts of $1,980,000.00, $500,000.00 and $175,000.00.

The cases he is most proud of have resulted in changes that will save future lives. After a railroad crossing case early in his career, a local railroad company finally installed crossing guards at a dangerous crossing. He once traveled to New Zealand to track down a truck driver, (who fled the country,) and exposed a negligent trucking company’s practice of ignoring hours of service limitations. His dram shop (illegal sale of alcohol) cases have caused liquor stores and bars throughout the entire state to establish strict procedures for checking IDs, preventing sales to minors, and refusing to sell to intoxicated patrons. And, on more than one occasion, he has brought seriously negligent healthcare providers to light, making Arkansas a safer place for all.

    Cathleen Matevousian

  • "Bruce was easy to work with, approachable, and always willing to answer any questions I had. He explained the legal process to me in a way that I could understand."

    – Jennie Kuhnkerce

  • "They allowed me to focus on healing and eliminated the stress... I hope I never have the need for an attorney again, but if I did, they would absolutely be my first call.
